Our presentation folder / pocket folder of the week was chosen for it's delicate use of negative space. The graphic elements are gorgeous, and work extremely well with the black background. Combined, they create the illusion of depth.

The designer creatively used the interior to illustrate the floor plans, community and apartment features, as well as images of the interior and exterior of the facility.
